Bluff Head Guilford CT

Very nice hike.  This was a motorcycle hill climb area back in the 1930's thru maybe the 50's.  I didn't want to walk the part the used for the hill climb.  Those guys were crazy beyond belief.

Indian Council Caves Trail

Had a very nice little over 8 miles hike last Sunday near Barkhamsted.  They say it's one of the top ten in CT.  It had it's steep ups and downs and it kept the heart pumping.

Collinsville CT

Roaring Brook Falls

 Roaring Brook Falls in Cheshire CT is a nice hike.  Quite steep in places so you need to be in decent shape and ready to walk.  It's accessible from 2 different trails.  One is about a mile and half hike in and the other 3-4 miles.  You can Google it for the start locations of the trails.

Mohawk State Forest

Great views from here Rt 4

 This state forest has limited parking and no modern facilities.  The views are fantastic.  Can't wait to go up again when the leaves turn.
